How does Go-EOR handle termination and severance?

We manage employee contract termination and severance in accordance with the country's local labour laws, which vary per location. We ensure proper termination notices, severance pay (if required), and that the unused accrued benefits are paid at the end of the work relationship.

How will my employee be onboarded?

The onboarding process will be managed primarily through our personnel management platform. Employees will be able to securely upload and digitally sign the required documentation. Depending on client needs, we can offer in-person onboarding.
