4. No offer; contract formation

Clients may request a quote through the website. Any service contract is formed only when a proposal or other written agreement is signed by the relevant parties.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, signed proposals, order forms, statements of work, or service agreements will prevail over these website Terms and Conditions to the extent of any conflict.
5. Pricing and payment
Service pricing may vary depending on the service, scope, jurisdiction, number of workers, implementation requirements, and commercial agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable signed proposal or agreement:
- fees are stated in EUR
- payment terms are Net 14
- invoices must be paid within 14 calendar days from the invoice date
We may suspend performance of services where payments are overdue, subject to the terms of the signed client agreement.
6. Refund policy
A full refund will be issued where Go-EOR is unable to deliver the services expressly agreed in the applicable signed contract.
No refund will be due where failure or delay is caused by:
- the client’s delay, omission, or non-cooperation
- inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the client
A full refund will remain available where non-delivery results from:
- government or authority action outside our control
- third-party provider failure outside our reasonable control
This refund clause is subject to any more specific refund terms set out in the signed proposal or service agreement.
7. Termination
Unless otherwise stated in the signed contract, either party may terminate the contractual relationship by giving 30 days’ written notice.
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or related services immediately where necessary to protect our legal rights, systems, reputation, or compliance obligations.
8. Client responsibilities
Clients and website users agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information
- cooperate reasonably in the delivery of services
- use the website lawfully and in good faith
